Relaxed summer photoshoot in London

It’s not just about a summer photoshoot in London. It’s not just about photography. It’s about feeling. It’s about being present, feeling present. It is about knowing the ephemerality of each moment and not grieving over it. It’s the will to keep it forever. It’s translating into images when words are missing. It’s messing with the psychological. It’s making it meaningful.

It’s not just about a place. It’s about what it means. It’s about dreams coming true.

Before the session, I asked Fernanda what London meant to her. A dream coming true was what she told me. A dream that she battled for, believed in and conquered, with all the merits and contradicting all the odds. It’s not for everyone. But she is not everyone. A little time near her and you can already know that.

And when it’s about dreams coming true, what we see is what this session shows: glow in the eye, spontaneous smile and a joy that overflows. This is what I would like to see eternalized so that every time the journey becomes difficult, she can remember those moments that give meaning to the path and that make us feel sure that it is worth living.

At the end of the session, I showed some photos straight from the camera to kill her curiosity a little. She was thrilled. She sent me a message later that day telling me that I had no idea how much those pictures were being good to her.

I actually don’t know if I am aware. But I hope these photos help her to see the beautiful and incredible woman she is. And let her look at them every time she forgets that. Or call me for another photo shoot, it’s never too much. 🙂
