Winter is coming here, but I’ve decided to remember this London couple photo session anyway, one of the first sessions I’ve done here. Not because I miss summer, I don’t. I love cold weather. What I do miss is the beautiful Big Ben look before the repairs. If you don’t know, Big Ben is all covered now because the repairs started and it goes like that until 2020. 😢
But I’d rather not complain, London has so many beauties to explore. Big Ben is just one more of them (ok, it’s a beautiful one). But this fact makes me have a more creative look and explore beyond the obvious and I love it too.
Besides, there was no post here for this dear couple yet. So I thought it was not too late to create it. 😊
I’ve loved so much photographing this London couple photo session with Bruno and Laís for so many reasons. The first one was because they listened carefully to my “forget me” instructions during the photos. They just kept hanging out, like I was not even there. That helped A LOT to have a natural and candid result. Another reason was that you can see easily that they are very in love. The pictures show their energy and connection. At last, all of that made me feel free to explore each scene and to be creative. And that resulted in one of the photos I like the most among the ones I’ve photographed since I started shooting here in London. The picture is the one featured in this post, it’s a reflection of the couple on the water with a London Eye background. Isn’t it beautiful?
Thank you, Bruno and Laís for trusting my work. Wish you all the best in your new life together!
